Adding, editing, and deleting products

With Pulley, products can be added, edited, or deleted at any time. A product consists of only three things:

• Name - what you want to call this product (doesn’t have to match the file name)
• Price - how much you want Pulley to charge for this product
• Attachment - the digital file being sold (max size 5GB)

File uploads

Any time you add or change an attachment it will be securely uploaded to our servers. Most of the time this process is quick, but larger files can take some time to complete. Not to worry, we show you the upload progress of all products, and you can upload multiple products at the same time.

Adding multiple attachments to one product

If your product requires two or more files to be attached to it, you can accomplish this by zipping the files together into one file on your computer before uploading it. If you’ve never created a ZIP file before, it’s actually quite easy:

Windows

1. Locate the files or folder that you want to zip.
2. Click to select a folder or hold the Ctrl key while clicking multiple files.
3. Right-click on the selected area, point to Send To, and then click Compressed (zipped) Folder.
4. To rename the new zip file, right-click it, select Rename, and type a new name.

Mac OSX

1. Locate the files or folder that you want to zip.
2. Click to select a folder or hold the command key while clicking multiple files.
3. Right-click on the selected area and click Compress 2 Items (or Create Archive of 2 Items in earlier versions).
4. To rename the new zip file, do a slow double-click on the file name, and type a new name.
