PayPal has a "Micropayements" rate where the flat fee per transaction is much lower. Is that rate used through pulley transactions?

    Hi Aaron,

Yes, if the PayPal account you link to Pulley is setup to use micro payments, then that’s the rate that will be used. All of that is handled through PayPal.

Great. Unfortunately, PayPal is much more confusing that Pulley. :) I signed up for MicroPayements, yet in a test purchase PayPal took the normal rate of 30 cents. I realize this is a PayPal question and not a Pulley question, but how do you activate it?

Okay, I checked again and I don’t think I had completed the process for micropayments. Apparently you need to create a new account or transfer your account, it’s not a simple switch you turn on or off, or use selectively.

Yeah, sorry we can’t be more help with that process. PayPal doesn’t always make it as clear as it could be.
