Hello,

I have a question about limited edition. 

(FYI, just to be clear, I’m not asking if I can limit the number of times customer can download a file after purchase...which I see that already answered here: http://help.pulleyapp.com/questions/234-quantities)

I haven’t started using Pulley, yet.  However, when I start using Pulley, I want sell limited number of copies of each file.  For example, if I had a vector file for sale on my website, I want to sell only 20 copies of the vector art (1 per customer).  Once those 20 copies are all sold, I want the vector file to show as "sold out".  Is it possible to sell files as limited edition like this?

I hope my question/explanation wasn’t confusing.  Thank you in advance for reading my questions and answering them!

    Hi Jessica, one way to set an inventory limit for your digital products would be to integrate them with a Big Cartel storefront, using inventory tracking to enter stock amounts for those limited edition products. The system will automatically set the products to "sold out" when their stock amounts hit zero: http://help.bigcartel.com/articles/7-options

    Rachel, thank you so much for your reply!  That’s great to hear!  I’ve had Pulley account since it was just a beta version but haven’t used it, yet.  I’m finally prepping to use Pulley/BigCartel to launch my little online shop and looking forward to it!
