Is there a way to get the costumers address?

Is there a way to get the costumers (shipping) address on the PayPal payment notifications? I need to calculate an amount of tax on every sale that I make and the % depends on the location of the costumer. 

I’m using a WP plugin at the moment and changed a API code to grab the costumers address as well so I know that it’s possible and I’d love to enable it with Pulley.

    Hi Siebe, unfortunately there’s not a way to customize that form to require an address for digital files at this time, sorry about that, but I’ve passed your input along as a feature request. In the meantime you might try following up with your customers using an auto-reply (or customizing the order e-mail) to request their location.
