Yep! Weve moved on from the beta forums to something we think will deliver quicker, more useful answers, and get you right back to selling your digital wares with Pulley.
The new help area combines the knowledge base of articles from our old system, with a new community-run Q&A area that allows you to search, ask, and answer questions with other Pulley users, without the mess and hassle of typical forums.
So if you have a question you just cant figure out, ask it! One of our other customers has probably wondered the same thing, and can help you out. If youd like to get some good karma on your side, you can share your wisdom and experience with your fellow Pulley users by helping answer their questions.
Of course, Pulley staff will be keeping a close eye on these questions, chiming in from time to time, and will be the ones marking the best responses with an official "Answer" tag.
As always, if you have private or urgent question, such as billing issues or anything else youd rather not share publicly, you can always contact our support team directly for a personal response from us.
