We’ve had a few calls from customers today saying they can’t download their stuff when they click the download links.
"Something went wrong
Sorry, your item could not be downloaded.
Please reply to your order email for assistance"
Is there something weird happening with the server today?

ok.. more info about this.
in the dashboard it says that product has sold $11,460.00
it should really be $800.00
and when we click on that product in the dashboard it says
No products found matching “David Bazan | Living Room Show - Portland, OR - April 28”
the product was there and working before because people were able to buy it and download links were emailed.
weird.

Hi Bob,
It appears that product has been deleted. That would explain why it isn’t showing up in searches and why your customers would receive an error when trying to download it. Deleted products will still show in your Dashboard stats however, for your records.
We haven’t heard of the system accidentally deleting any products, so if no one on your end accidentally removed this then please contact our support team directly and we’ll investigate what happened.

we’ll touch base directly. we don’t think we deleted it. and the sales for that item showing $11,460.00 is a weird too.
